INGREDIENTS
•Barnyard millet
•Shama rice
•Butter milk
•Salt – to taste,
•Ghee
•Curry leaves
•Mustard seeds
•Chopped green chili
STEPS
1.Clean, soak and boil barnyard millet and shama rice for 30 min.
2.Strain and cook in butter milk until well done
3.Heat ghee in a thick bottom pan, add mustard seeds, green chili and curry leaves.
4.Our over the cooked rice and cover with a lid for a short time.
5.Mix well and add seasoning.
6.Serve hot.
