Thandukeerai Fish Sticks / Thotakura Ginjalu Fish Sticks / Rajgiri Fish Sticks
INGREDIENTS:
- Fish Fillets
- 2 eggs
- Amarnath millet
- Vegetable oil
STEPS:
- Cut 2 fish fillets into “sticks,”
- Make the millet into a powder granules.
- Then cover them in a beaten egg and then in 1/2 cup of amaranth millet(powder granules), making a thick crust by patting the grains on with your fingers.
- Heat up vegetable oil in a saucepan, and then cook the fish sticks over medium heat.
