Thandukeerai Fish Sticks / Thotakura Ginjalu Fish Sticks / Rajgiri Fish Sticks

INGREDIENTS:

  • Fish Fillets
  • 2 eggs
  • Amarnath millet
  • Vegetable oil

STEPS:

  1. Cut 2 fish fillets into “sticks,”
  2. Make the millet into a powder granules.
  3. Then cover them in a beaten egg and then in 1/2 cup of amaranth millet(powder granules), making a thick crust by patting the grains on with your fingers.
  4. Heat up vegetable oil in a saucepan, and then cook the fish sticks over medium heat.

DISCLAIMER: some greasy foods are hard to digest so don’t take it at night time
